Live3D provides tools for avatar creation, image generation, image editing, and related creative workflows. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

When using AI Features:

AI-generated content (“Outputs”) may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them commercially.
4.3 Prohibited AI Uses
You may not use AI Features to create content intended for:
- Fraud, deception, or impersonation
- Violations of privacy or personality rights
- Illegal or exploitative content
- Circumventing platform safety systems
- Creating content that could cause real-world harm
5. User Content Responsibilities
By submitting or generating content through the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions for the content
- Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights
- Your use of the Service complies with this Policy and the Terms of Service
- You assume responsibility for any content you upload, generate, or distribute
6. Moderation and Enforcement
To maintain platform safety, Live3D may use automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both to detect and address policy violations.
If we determine that content or behavior violates this Policy, we may take actions including:
